Firstly, i'd like to express my deepest gratitude and appreciation to both Christiana Honsberg and Stuart Bowden for managing such resourceful and highly beneficial PVEducation.org website, which has greatly assisted my postgraduate study (in solar cell physics) and also teaching my kids with such wonderful animation. Great job and bravo!
I've a question as-stated below. Would someone that expert in this field please assist?
1. May i know why the lifetime of a semiconductor (that contingent upon the recombination rate) is dependent upon the concentration of minority carriers (as-shown in first point of this page)? Thanks. Hope to hear from someone.
